Great start to 2010!

The 2010 Canadian Toy and Hobby Fair, the Spring CGTA Show and the Spring Alberta Gift Show were all a tremendous success this year. Virtually all of the retailers seemed to prefer the new location for the Canadian Toy and Hobby Fair at the International Centre instead of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Unfortunately, we did hear many, many stories of security staff at the International Centre turning away unregistered retailers who wanted to enter the Canadian Toy and Hobby Fair. Rather than directing retailers to the location where they could register to enter the show, they were instead directing them back to the CGTA. This was extremely frustrating situation for everyone involved and enquiries are being made as to how this can be avoided in the future. If you had any personal experiences in this regard, we would really like to hear about them.
