Please accept our apologies

Well, it's certainly been a while since the last update, hasn't it. It's not like there wasn't anything to add, it's just been sooooooooooo busy that I really haven't had time to post the updates! There are tons of media announcements to follow over the next several weeks, so I will do my best to stay on top of the new postings and keep you updated.

All of us at Outset Media would like to apologize to any of our customers who have experienced shipping delays, back orders and/or shipping errors over the past 4 to 6 weeks. The volume of shipments out of our Montreal warehouse has been far larger than anticipated and, as a result, orders are presently running at about 6 to 7 days processing time, instead of our usual same or next business day shipping. Our Montreal shippers are also quite overwhelmed with the volume and, as a result, we have even been shipping some eastern Canada shipments from our Victoria warehouse in order to take some of the load off. We anticipate that the backlog will continue for the the rest of November. As a reminder, get your puzzle orders in as soon as possible as many titles are already beginning to sell out. With the number of sell-outs already taking place, I suggest making notes on your orders for preferred substitutions that we can use to complete the case-packs of puzzles. Of course, the deadline for signing up for the 2007 Fall Flyer Program has now passed. At this time I would like to thank all of the participants for continuing to support our games.
