If you stock it they will come!

Here a story I just had to pass along. It has to be one of the best examples I have ever heard of in terms of what happens when you run out of stock or do not have enough stock on the shelves: I spoke with one of my retailers in a tourist area of Hilton Head, South Carolina, yesterday. She has been doing very well with the Professor Noggin card games and mentioned that "a lady from Canada who comes their regularly has bought several Professor Noggin card game titles because the store near her in Canada never has that many in the store". I have no idea where in Canada her customer is from but it does sort of make you think, doesn't it?
